Our law firm focuses its practice. We focus our practice on estate and business planning and on employment and labor law. As part of these services we provide the following services:

We have experience in and for select clients we will help with education law and civil rights matters.
For our existing clients, we will serve as a referring source to competent counsel and will counsel our clients on matters of concern.

J. David Kerr is our primary attorney. Attorney Gary Sackett is "Of Counsel" to our firm ans is located in Livonia, Michigan. Gary assists us with service to our clients in South East Michigan and with tax litigation.
